ISCC Accrediation
I would like to bring to your notice some really excellent news that signals a big achievement in our company Edible Oil Direct Ltd.
Just over six weeks ago we were audited by a representative of the European Parliament and Council for an accreditation for the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification.
On the 29/11/12 Edible Oil Direct Ltd were awarded this certification by the European Commission.
How does this accreditation assist our business and our customer and supplier base?
We now comply with the requirements of the RED (Renewable Energy Directive) from our input of feedstock, the retail of our cooking oils and products, and the processing and sales of our biodiesel.
We are also verified as reducing our Green House Gas Emissions which is something we very much stand for.
This award will also help you our customers and suppliers knowing that you are dealing with a partner who is sustainable and assisting our planet with less carbon emissions now and generations to come.
